Swedish Relaxation or Blended Massage
Swedish massage is the basis for many of the massage techniques we use at the Cuddle Club. By combining the anatomy and physiology of the body and specific Swedish techniques, deep relaxation is just about inevitable.

Treatment Massage
Sports massage is treatment-focused and applied through specific pre-event, inter-event, post-event, and restoration/training massage techniques. Range-of-motion improvement, reduction in muscle adhesions, and structural release are common goals of sports massage.

Intra-oral Treatment Massage
Intra-oral massage is a safe and effective manual technique that works on muscles both inside and outside the mouth, neck, and throat. It is an effective treatment for patients who suffer from TMJ dysfunction, clenching, grinding, painful clicking jaw, excess jaw tension, migraines, chronic sinus problems, head injuries, whiplash, strains from orthodontia or after-effects from dental surgery, headaches, chronic ear congestion, tinnitus, emotional trauma, and chronic face and neck pain.

Healing Massage
This massage is done in a reclined position and completely clothed. Common areas of focus are head, hands, and feet. Healing massage is a nice place to start with touch for people uncomfortable receiving bodywork. Created with survivors in mind.
